I'll draw anything that's not too extreme. Macro, hyper, muscle, etc. are fine. Basically, anything similar to what's already in my gallery.

Terms of Service:

• I will not take cryptocurrency as a payment.
• Do not use AI to alter the final artwork in any way shape or form.
• Should there be 5 revisions done in the sketch part, There will be an extra 5 $ fee for the increased time used for sketching. This fee is cumulative (so 10 revisions = 10 $ fee, etc.)

• You may color the sketch/lineart you've commissioned from me. You have my permission.
• The customer can post the commission to their pages provided I am given credits to the picture with a link to my page.

• Payment is asked once the customer is happy with the base sketch. No earlier, no later.
• Upon accepting the payment no major edits are allowed to the linearts. Consider the payment as your final chance to ask for edits.
• If the customer wants to cancel the commission after the payment is given, the customer will be given a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount.
• If I’m forced cancel the commission for any reason after the payment has been given, I will refund the whole amount.

I like to consider myself a talented writer, I've been at it in one form or another for well over a decade. this encompasses stories both plot driven and lewd, detailed character bios and species descriptions and even business related literature. I tend to be more active on my FA, so it's easier to catch me there.

So I feel I can handle almost any sort of writing you might want, from a naughty story, to an entirely clean epic. I'm more than happy to lend my expertise in creature creation and biology out as well, to sit and brainstorm and build something like I have for my own creatures.

That being said, my expertise lies in the realm of harder scifi, as well as my interest. You'll get a lot more out of me with ideas that fall closer to that field.

For lewd stuff, naturally I will write better when things interest me. If you want to know what that is, you can check my F-list. Though I can tray outside my comfort zones at least a bit and still deliver a good product. But now onto a few bullet points.

• As will all artists, I reserve the right to decline for any reason.
• After completion, you may post the story/texts anywhere you like, but please do credit me (and any artists who's work was used).
• Work that has been completed can not be refunded.
• I will do my utmost to complete any job I undertake, but if for some reason I can't I will refund it 100%
• Payment is due up-front, before any work is started.
• Payment is taken through paypal, I will invoice you once the commission is laid out and a price settled on.

Stories:

I charge best on the word count agreed upon before starting. Generally the set-up for stories requires more intensive work and talking to you ,the client. so initial costs tend to be higher. But padding out a story after the premise and characters are all set up is a bit more easy, so there's a bit of a bell-curve to my pricing. I charge different amounts based on if the story is fetish driven smut or more story driven content, see my prices for details.

For YCH stories, since the premise is mostly set and they are generally always ideas I enjoy with more control in my hands, I offer a large discount. Check my gallery and journals for open YCH ideas. If there are none available, this commission type is likely closed, but feel free to inquire and ask if I have any ideas bouncing around.

Design consultation:

This is a bit different from the other types, as it involves live 1:1 (usually, it can be more than 1:1 if the situation calls for it, IE an artist joining in for information on drawing.) But in the most basic of terms, I will work directly with you on a species or character design and backstory. (Hell, it could be a ship, mech or even the basis of a story world.)

But via live chat (voice or text.) We will hash out ideas and designs and get them down in text and possibly image form as well. (Assuming you bring a visual artist, or are visual artist!) As this is based on live time, I charge based on hours for this. My rate is 15 USD per hour, I will use a publicly view-able stopwatch to clock hours in. And time will pause if one of us needs to step away, until we resume.

After talking the project over, I will quote you an estimate for how long I think it will take. And once payment is processed we can move from there. If time runs out before we're finished, I'm happy to extend things. If we're really close, I'll probably let it run over for free. (IE 30 mins or less) Otherwise we will need to work out a proper extension.

• I will not likely allot more than 8 hours in one go for this.
• Due to the nature of this work, I will only refund for hours unspent. You will of course be free to keep anything we did during the spent hours, providing credit work the work is given.

Art for Stories:

I'm perfectly happy to exchange art for stories for any story involving one of my characters who will be included in the artwork. (Or hell, if you are and artist and just want to draw one of my characters, or a non-artist who wants to commission one of my characters in exchange for a story, that's fine too.)

I tend to match story word-count dollar for dollar with the price of the art (as if it were a commission, if it wasn't commissioned) to keep the trade as equal as possible. But I'm willing to talk out an agreement.

Due to the nature of this, any fixed rates aren't possible. But my normal T&C do apply.

If you don't have a CLEAR/ACCURATE description/design/don't finished reference sheet of your character that have all the details corrects I will NOT work for you due to you correcting me various time. If you want to work with a not completed character you will have to pay EXTRA for all changes it may have.

By commissioning me you consent to my style and method of art: A big factor of my art style is color and lighting. This means that while I will always use the proper base colors from your references, my style of SHADING AND LIGHTING will often result in slightly different or added colors due to how colors/lighting interact with one another which is what makes art pop. If this is a concern of yours you are advised to either get only flat commissions from me or choose another artist. I like my work to pop out of the screen.

Other details:

-I charge extra for working off description because it is extremely tedious for varying reasons(We will likely NOT see the same vision at all.)
-If you want to put a "deadline" for your comission tell me inmediatly instead of rushing, these one's have an extra charge since I would have to put them in an special order.

-I don't work with rushing clients. If you rush me I will send you one polite warning. But if you insist I may block and ban you from all my content as comissions, YCH's, adop's or anything after finishing your commission.

what is considered rushing?: " it's been two days, I'm here to know about my commission, I want an update." "Hey it's been a week, gime me something!" "I want a work in progress now" "It's been four days, have you forgotten my commission?!" etc. You should wait at least a three weeks before nudging me about things. If you're impatient and you want art fast, please contac other artist.

-DO NOT send me a wall of text with your commission inquiry. It doesn’t benefit me at all to know that your character hails from the land of La.
-You are welcome to repost the art you buy as long as you credit back to me!
-Do not alter my artwork and NEVER pay another artist to alter/color my work. If you do this and I notice, I will block you inmediatly and also tell other artist about this so they don't have the same bad moment.

Sketch Check/Revisions:

-If the commission it's an sketch I will not give you a pre sketch and there will no changes for free.
-For any work that is more than a sketch(Unless otherwise stated). You will get an initial sketch check free of charge.
-You get 2 sketch revisions free as well.
-After your initial 2 revisions, Unless the mistake was my fault, you will either pay 5 dollars for each consecutive revision or I will refund you and edit+resell your work.

Example of costly revision: 2 revisions later. You decide you want spirals of water or magic that you did NOT specify before. You will then be charged. Revision price increases the more you ask for them so be CLEAR with what you want your first time around!

-Estimated time of completion: 1 to 3 weeks. I have a life outside of art, respect that. Do not rush me. If you are highly impatient. Do not commission me at all. I will always try to take less than a month to get you your FULLY PAID for work assuming you’re being respectful of my time.

Basically, if you provide me with a basic skeleton of an idea, or an image that could use some backstory and/or epilogue, I’d be happy to write up a story for you!

One cent per word. This means $1 for 100 words, $5 for 500 words, etc., and pricing will scale up to match your requested length. After 1,000 words, rates are doubled. Art trades are also allowed.

Terms of Service:

Foreword: While I do my best to be a kind person with a very casual tone, there are points where I have to be as serious as possible. This is one of those points. Even I'm worried that I may be too harsh with some of the warnings for breaking TOS.

Basic Human Decency: I am not your personal slave, I expect human decency from you. I try my best to be a nice person, but I will not tolerate rudeness. Verbal abuse, blackmail, NBphobia, and the like are not appreciated. Refusing to pay for the work I did... Well, that's another thing altogether, which I will go into in the section about payment. Basically, while I don't believe in the concept of "earning respect," as I believe respect should be given immediately, that respect can be lost incredibly quickly.

Commission Progress: Artists will be able to send you a watermarked WIP before asking for payment. Writing cannot be watermarked, so I will refrain from asking for payment until your story is done. It's likely that I will ask questions about your characters, in an attempt to get to know them well enough. At the halfway point, I will send you a WIP paragraph, and again once it's finished. If you're ever wondering about the progress I've made, feel free to ask.

Multi-Part Stories: You may feel free to ask to have your story written in multiple parts. For these, I'll send you the part I've just finished, and then you must pay me in order for me to write the next. For comparison, imagine a house in Animal Crossing. You get your first room, then after you pay for that, Tom Nook can start working on an extension to your room. After that, you pay for the second room, and so on. If I go about it this way, I'll work on 1-2 parts per day.

Story Length: The amount you pay for is a minimum. I will usually try to stick close to the length you pay for, but I may go a bit more than that if I feel it's necessary. There's no extra cost for if I go over the price agreed upon.

Payment: Once it's finished, you will be asked to send me your PayPal email if you plan to use it. Your story will be released once you pay me, so if you can't pay but plan to, that's fine. However, if you flat-out refuse, I reserve the right to upload my hard work, but with your characters replaced with mine AND a mention of your username as a lesson. I'm sorry, but I am a firm believer in artists' rights, and if you skip out, I won't be afraid to call you out.

Belated Payments: As mentioned in the previous message, I completely understand if you can't pay but plan to. Sometimes life gets in the way, and as someone with such life problems sometimes, I completely understand. I will send a reminder once I feel the time is right, with the absolute minimum being three days unless requested.

Sales: There will be sales during April 13-20, July 1-7, September 1-7 (for my birthday), and December 20-31. There may also be unscheduled sales for certain circumstances such as illness, being short on money, and more. There are also personal circumstances where certain stories will be locked to a flat rate far below the normal price. I must request that you not tell anyone that you got this discount, otherwise, people may be clued in to what these circumstances are, and I'd like to keep it secret. Sometimes I may go beyond these circumstances, and for that, I'll reveal what led me to give the discount.

Freebies: If your story is short enough and has an idea I think is unique and interesting (keep in mind this won't count for stories you specifically choose to pander to me), I may not charge you at all if it's one I absolutely love. However, like the previous one, you may not spread the word that it was free, unless I specifically state that it was. I may also choose to hold contests on occasions such as achieving a certain watcher/follower count, and the winner will receive a $20-30 (1,000-1,500 word) story for free.

Posting Rights: When I finish your commission, you are free to post it to any social media or art sharing websites as long as you credit me. If you don't know my username on a specific website, feel free to ask! I will also ask if I may post yours to my own account, and will likely ask for your username.

My OC Rights: There is a chance I may create a character of my own for your story. However, since it's your commission, I will ask if you want the character for yourself. If you say yes, you will completely own the rights to this character, completely free of charge. As this is your OC now, you can make whatever changes you want. If you say no, then I will either claim the rights to them, or make them public domain. You will also be allowed to ask me to use any of my characters, as long as it's in a situation I feel they'd work in.

My Own Life: I want to try and give people what they want. Unfortunately, nothing's stopping me from feeding my unfortunate game addiction. If I don't finish your commission in a week, DM me and I'll try to get on it as soon as possible. Over two weeks, and I'll cut the price by an amount I choose. I get very guilty about this sort of thing.

Blacklisting: I will be keeping a public blacklist, so people know who not to take commissions from. You will be put onto the blacklist if you:

• Keep requesting me to write something I refuse to

• Ask me to write a story based on an illegal idea like loli/shota, zoophilia, or rape

• Treat me like a piece of garbage who's only here to write for you and nothing else

• Have three story ideas you refuse to pay for, leaving me to upload them as my own works without your characters (see "Payment" above)

• Use slurs or derogatory language, or ask me to in my writing

Whitelist: I also will keep a public whitelist. These are people who will be able to commission me, even when they're closed, since they are particularly good about this sort of thing. To be put onto the whitelist, there are a few possible ways:

• Be a good sport, don't be upset if I have personal problems to take care of.
• Be someone I consider a friend. You've gotten on my good side, and I appreciate you.
• Pay on time without complaint, unless you have actual problems that may stop you. Things happen, don't worry.
• Be helpful with descriptions. If you're upset with something or love something enough for me to keep it no matter what, speak up.
• Be someone I'm happy to chat with. Life can be tough, I don't want to spend it feeling bad when talking to others.
• Overall, just be someone I like enough to put onto the whitelist!

Change Policy: I reserve the right to alter any part of my TOS if necessary, for reasons that will be noted alongside the change. I'll have a journal listing the changes and blacklist.

as a quick estimate: with most things typical to what you'd see in my gallery, lineart takes about an hour , and color can take an hour or two depending on complexity and shading !

Legal Age

You have to be at least of the legal age of 18 to order a commission.

Pricing and Payment

Please note that the listed prices are in Euros, so please make sure you are transferring Euros and not in a different currency.

After I confirm your payment as received, I will then work on your commission. The person who first commissioned something will also have their commission made first.

Exceptions of Subjects

There are some things I will not draw, and there is a list on the bottom of this page.

Procedure

When ordering a fully colored image, I will show the sketch first and then work on coloring it after your approval.
Approval on any other step of the process requires an additional payment because of the resulting longer production time.

Post-production Changes

Please specify what you want as much as possible. For the things not specified or shown in reference sheets, I will improvise.
When I show the sketch, you may make up to three (3) changes, and unable to make changes once the colored artwork is in production.
However, I will still make changes if I made mistakes in case I missed a detail in a reference sheet for example.
Any further changes will require an additional payment because of the resulting longer production time.

Caveat of Character Ownership

I do not design characters for commissions. You may not make the commissioned work into a character. I only draw established characters of which visual artwork already exists of. Unless the commissioned work is of your already visually established character, you may not use the subject of the commission for any other reason than to display. In this case, I keep full rights to the subject of the commissioned work and may reuse the design at any time of my choosing, without limit.

If you own visually established elements of a design, you will still retain ownership of those elements only. I will retain full ownership of the rest of the design. I will not use the visually established elements you own without permission.

In short, the designs I create are mine, I will be able to use the design for any purpose at any time without limit and you will not be able to use the character design for anything other than the purpose of displaying the commissioned work, unless you have full referential artwork of your established character. I will never claim ownership of established characters of other people.

Spreading Payment

If you order a sketch and later on decide to want it colored, the cost of the sketch will be subtracted from the price of the colored work. However, there will be a fee of an additional €0.50 to cover transfer fees.

Discount Policy & Changes to Commission Offers

Commission items may be added at any time, and discounts may also occur at any time. I will not issue a refund if an item gets added or a discount occurs shortly after your purchase.

Cancellation

I also retain the right to turn down or cancel any commission for any reason including no reason. Furthermore I do not have to specify a reason. In any case of a cancellation I will issue a refund for any and all incomplete work.
If the sketch has already been completed, I will also not refund the cost of the sketch.

Posting a Commissioned Work

I retain the right to publish your commissioned artwork for public viewing, portfolios and/or as promotional material on any given site.
Furthermore your commissioned artwork will not be removed upon request.
I also retain the right to remove your commissioned artwork from public view if I desire to do so.

When you post your commissioned artwork, please provide proper credit to me (Lunaris Parukia), as well as providing a link to the original image I posted.

You may not upload or display your commission artwork anywhere before I uploaded it myself to Furaffinity, Inkbunny, SoFurry, Weasyl, FurryNetwork, and Twitter, unless given express permission.
To make sure you’ve read everything in here, please message me the sentence “Through fire, justice is served” when ordering a commission.

Loss of Commissioned Files

I will not be held responsible in the event you lose access in any way, shape or form to your commissioned artwork.
You may request for me to resend your commissioned artwork in case of its loss. However, I cannot promise that I will keep your commissioned artwork in storage. Please make sure to store your commissioned artwork in a safe location, and create backups.

Usage of Commission

You may not post a commissioned artwork for the purpose of spreading hate, defamation, slander, ridicule, trolling, claiming as having it made yourself, damage, promotion of illegal activities and/or other problematic behavior.

Quality of Commission

The artwork in my galleries are a good indication of what to expect.
You are also expected to know what to expect and not to set unrealistic standards based on the artwork in my galleries. I may also not offer refunds for costumer dissatisfaction if your commissioned artwork is similar in terms of quality of my artwork in my galleries.

Emote Commission

For emote commissions, I will not offer a refund if the message service displays the commissioned emote as too small for your liking. Please be aware that the details of the emote might be lost when shrunk. In order to preserve as much detail as possible, I recommend cropping the emote. You will also have to crop it yourself.

General Commission Terms

Please note that these terms are subject to change without warning, but changes will not be effective for ongoing commissions.

By making a purchase, you will automatically accept the Commission Terms of Service by default.

Each commission goes through 5 following phases:

STARTING

Each page should take around 2-3 weeks to complete.

Payment Rules:

1. Payment needs to be made through PayPal.
2. Payment will only be made after discussion.
3. Payment may be made at the half-then-full or full-at-once price (before I'd finish the INKING step).

Refund Rules:

1. The Commissioner can request a refund during the STARTING or SKETCHING phase.

1.) You ask/submit for a commission either on this site via PM or you can email me at: squarerootofdestiny[at]gmail.com

This is also my paypal account^ which I only accept USD currency. If you want to pay me using another method contact me and we'll figure it out.

2.) If you decide that you want to commission me provide the following information before sending your money:

a.) The type of commission
--- (ie: headshot or full body nsfw? color? black and white?)

b.) How many characters?
--(prices vary if there's more than one. see above)

c.) What is the mood of the picture?
----(do you want it to be happy? sexy? sad? scary? ect.)

d.)List any other relevant info/pictures that you think might help me give you the best picture I can!

3.) Be respectful and polite. I usually get my commissions done within one or two days you submit it (unless i message you otherwise), but I will not hesitate to refund you without any art and end our business if you harass, curse, or slander me.

4). Only two free redos are allowed once we're in the inking stage, any more than that and I will be forced charge you extra about $5.00 MINIMUM depending on how much work is needed.

5.) I have the right to say no to your commission so please ask me about what you want drawn beforehand. Once I approve of your picture, you may tell me your paypal email address where I will be able to send you an invoice for payment. Note, you may either pay for your commission in full or HALF in the beginning and the latter half when your picture is complete. Only when at least half of your drawing has been paid for will I begin sketching your commission. Within seven days you will receive the sketch via email to look over for approval, then the inks, ect.

6.) I love drawing OCs/Sonas. However should you have NO actual reference images of your OCs/Sonas, then you will be charged an additional $30.00 USD design fee. This price would be added on top of whatever type of commission you're looking for. Inspirational/Aesthetic images don't count as 'reference'. Unless you have an ACTUAL picture of how 'exactly' your OC/Sona should look like, you will be charged extra. Note, SMALL changes to existing drawings of your character (ie: out of date character charts, simple changes to the colors or hair, ect.) are not eligible for a design fee. Again, SMALL changes are the only exceptions.

If you have multiple characters without a solid design, then the $30.00 USD is charged PER character on top of the commission price.

You may of course provide as many images of the type of clothing/armor your character will wear. No fee is charged for that, unless you need me to design the ENTIRE ensemble from a bunch of different reference photos.

Do not hesitate to ask if you character/Sona is eligible for this design fee!!! There are exceptions here and there!

7.) If you are interested in Sona/Self commissions note that there aren't any 'special' prices for them. What you see below is what you get, and they are limited to 10 slots per month. Any other type of commission does not require slots. (PM/email me for more info on Sona/Self images)
