By commissioning me, you agree to my terms/conditions of service. Artist reserves the right to cancel commission if terms are violated. If your commission is cancelled, you will
not receive your commissioned art, and all artwork/poses are subject to recycling to the artist's discretion.

♥Terms of Service:
・I am learning and advancing with each picture. My artwork today does not look like my older artwork, and neither will tomorrow's.
・I work from visual character references and detailed descriptions (thank God I am creative enough for that). Ref sheets, SL references, or existing art of your desired characters should be provided at the time of commission request for ease of completion/appraisal.
・I reserve the right to refuse any commission. Refusal may be in accordance to my terms and conditions due to violation, or preference of art. There are just some things I refuse to make or do consciously.
・I reserve the right to display/share artwork I create on my sites even if commissioned. Should you choose to keep your artwork private, there is an additional privacy fee (me sharing the artwork helps me retain business and advertising, and delay or preventing me sharing DOES cost me earned funding, believe it or not...).
・Bought commissions are free to repost on your links as you see fit on your sites or social media once it is bought, but please do not copy or redistribute artwork that is NOT yours without permission from me or the artwork's commissioner.
・When posting my art, please credit me as the artist, and direct inquiries to my pages.
・Redistribution of my artwork made for profit is not permitted without accordance of profit-sharing with me, the artist. You are not allowed to sell "copies" or altered "renditions" of my artwork without my discretion/permission.
・I work 3 jobs and raise a family outside of this chosen path of funding through art. Please do not expect strict deadlines, but do expect updates and me finishing as soon as possible given my life timeframes.
・You may contact me through notes, tkdchamp02 on telegram or Twitter tkdchamp02. Feel free to contact in a friendly manner, and I will continue to update but do not use it as a means to pester or prod for completion.
・I require full payment upfront, (or agreed partial payments) and then an initial sketch will be produced to be modified for placement as you deem necessary upon payment completion.
・If your commission is cancelled for any reason, I will refund proportionate money based on the work I've already accomplished on your commission and you will not receive your commission.
・Payment via PayPal only. Sorry I do not, nor will I use Bitcoin or other payment methods. Do not request bank account transfers, that is just NOT going to happen.
・To qualify for discounts you must be a repeat customer and/or a patron on my Patreon for a probationary period.

• Cub (Not gonna happen, so don't even ask please), or anything related (adults wearing diapers or using pacifiers or any form of adult pretending to be a babyfur or diaperfur). If your character is related to this type of action in previous artwork, I will NOT accept commission for that character or any of its affiliates.
• NSFW feral or quadruped (just too close to zoophilia to me and I want NO association with it whatsoever... ew...) -NSFW for kids' show/games characters, just not gonna do it, sorry... -NSFW of characters that are "almost" 18... if they are not U.S. standard of LEGAL ADULT, I ain't drawin em... I am not really comfortable drawing characters younger than 21 to be honest...
• Rape (rough sex and pinning is not same as rape, so don't ask for the latter)
• Watersports, scat, vomit, diapers, vore of any kind, hyper, inflation, gore, snuff
• Satanic idols, worship, nor anything misrepping nuns or anything of the like
• Intense gore, vore, etc (some violence and battle stuff I am DEFINITELY OK with, but some vore and gore just goes to far, just make sure you ask and I will give thumbs up or down)
