Depending on the complexity of the character depends on pricing, which is negotiable. As are the refunds.

Must include:

Type of commission, char ref, specifics of what your looking for. Upon accepting the commission, payment is done through paypal. No work will begin unless i receive payment for it.

If I don't hear from you when I send a proof sketch, then I will put the commission on hold and no refunds will be given.

I do have a day job, so please be patient when you do commission me. I also have the right to refuse the commission for any reason and refunds (if prepaid & negotiable) will be given.
