Oh wow, thank you! And thanks for the follow and all the favorites and.. everything! I'm really flattered (and you have extremely nice photography yourself!)
The camera body I currently use is the Canon 5D MkII, and I use primarily three lenses (though I'm definitely thinking about adding a couple more lenses to my collection and loadout ..maybe this year). Anyway, my macro lens is a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM, my wide angle is Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM, and my telephoto is Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM however it's often used with the teleconverter I have (Canon 2x EF Extender III).

You're welcome and thank you so much!
Looked up the Canon and looks like a super nice camera! I use a Canon Powershot SX530 HS. I'm pretty new to photography. For example, terms like IOS and shutter speed I'm not familiar with. The Canon I have is the first high powered camera I've had. I've been using the auto function since I got it 7 months ago and I hope to start learning about my camera, soon.
2016 was a difficult year for me but a year of healing as well. I still have a long road before me but I see improvements every month. One of my aims for this year is become more involved in photography, drawing (bought my first drawing tablet!) and writing.
I send you well wishes and the best on your road to recovery.
Looking forward to seeing more from you! :D

I'm definitely a big fan of Canon gear, they make quality stuff. The powershot line is a great starting point, especially if you don't want to deal with interchangeable lenses yet. But yeah the more you use it, and the more you fiddle with its settings, the more comfortable you'll become with the ins and outs of camera operation in general. It'll feel more and more natural over time.
I think you're doing excellent already! Keep it up <3

Absolutely loving the photography that you've shared with us here. I'm gonna have to snag a few tips and pointers from you on how to get really good close ups and such!

Oh, hey, Haubitze. I'm sorry for the surprise, but I ended up sketching Skree into a (decidedly SFW) group shot when I realized I was a kobold short: https://www.weasyl.com/submission/804948/group-shot-2014-draft
