Can you re-arrange folder order and featured content? by Balaa
Just wondering if there is a way to re-arrange the order in which folders appear on my main page? I'd like to stagger them according to importance (ie first complete illos, then speedpaints, then sketches, etc) but I can't seem to find a way to do this.
Also would love to set which pieces I want to be 'featured'. Since I am uploading a lot of old stuff, I don't want it showing up as new haha! Would just be nice to have more control of our own content organization than I am seeing at the moment but since I am new at using this site, there may be something I am missing!

I asked the staff the same question about setting a given piece to be featured but I was told it could not be done at this time but maybe in the future. I also got the impression that they felt this was something not at all important. I personally consider it quite important. My guess is that there is no way to rearrange folders ether.

Having been wondering the same thing, that is unfortunate to hear. I also think the ability to set what displays as your featured piece is very important.

What Teiirka said; currently you can't have a specific piece as "Featured" on the front page like many other galleries, and since I've been puttering around this site for a while now I haven't found a way to order rearrange folders like that either, so I determined it was nonexistent for the time being. I personally don't like how I can't control what piece is on my front page either, especially if I decide to upload say, a sketch dump or something...

huh too bad. Granted I still need to make my folders, but now I know to be careful what order I make them in!
