lol honestly. I've been growing accustom to the idea as of late, and i have no idea why.
On Secondlife, i've been (albeit jokingly) requesting that a friend of mine, make Pizza themed avatar mods lol pepperoni, 4 meat, cheese, anchovy, Hawaiian, etc. X3

I personally don't like them and think they're ridiculous.

I think they're effing ADORABLE. I'm friends with two artists that really like them. :3

I don't quite understand them, but I guess they're kinda cool? They just kinda confuse me.

It depends on the character if I like them, but it's no skin off my nose if I don't.
That pretty much goes for all characters though.

Lotta vore themes and fetishes go around edible characters.
Some are kinda creatively thought up though.

I wouldn't say I LOVE them, but dang if the designs I've seen of them so far haven't been cute as heckie.

I think first and foremost that if you have an interest in something, you should go for it, no matter what any random internet people say. Art is something you create and while some styles are similar, everyone has their own touch of uniqueness. Make what you enjoy and you will make it good. :)

That said, I am a fan of candy/edible critters, too!

I think some of them can be adorable or have great designs, but I don't like a lot of the fetishes that tend to circle around the candy or goo creatures.

I think that candy/edible characters can be really really adorable, just as much as plushy / pinata characters.

i am /not/ into vore on any level. it will never be something i understand. BUT candy characters are AWESOME. i have one myself x3 although i need to work at having that conveyed better. i have a couple friends that have some too and i just think they are great x3.

I have a marshmallow pit bull character :3 I love her to pieces, and I'm not into vore at all.

I guess my interest started with jelly characters, from an old joke my ex and I had about how when it was sooo hot someone would say they were melting, he'd reply that he'd shove them in to a species themed jello mold and shove 'em in the fridge to set up.

But I think they're a fun idea.
