I try to be active as I can, with this site being my main alongside Tumblr. I've always been more the lurker type, though - browsing as much as I can, fav'ing and forgetting.

I figure the more active us present users can be, the longer the site as a whole will remain active. Right?

Still got my vitals on here, and golly gosh I'm singing the same way you feel on all of this. When every I get a comment I jump for joy on this contact starved site, I'm hoping to jump start it all with posting my animations on my page when I can finish everything. But I love this site too much to let the lack of usage on it throw me down.

I thought the marketplace was a bit silly, its sounds like a simple good idea but I'm so used to knowing people to hire and buy from on these sites that looking for new creators is kind of silly in all.

This is my only site (besides Toyhou.se for character compiling), so I am on it every single day. I'm a loser. XD

Though I don't post artwork as much as I'd like (i.e. ever) anymore. I do keep up with people mostly here. Though in some cases where people have chosen to leave I'll try to follow their tumblr pages or literally anywhere other than FA.

Maybe you could cut down on the particular content that you upload? Only uploading one out of five or ten of your pieces to keep the place active, but not so much as it's taking up more extra time than you'd like to commit.

eh still here though its basically a mirror of my FA which isn't much of a big deal since I've barely drawn anything. I can only say here I actually have one person that tries their best to comment on the work they fave while i'm still rocking the no fav/no comments on FA XD I get more love on DA than these two sites.

I've been trying to be more and more active on here. I'm still relatively new to weasyl, I mainly run off tumblr, but I agree with what you're saying. (Though I have a much larger follower base on tumblr than here, but people know tumblr more than they know weasyl).

I use this and Tumblr first, to avoid giving FA traffic.

I check my watch list, but that's mostly it!

I only use this and deviant art and this is my primary site :)

I still post and comment here and there.

I keep up with people on here. My gallery, on the other hand... lol.

I don't draw much anymore, but I check Weasyl every day to see what my fav artists--like you!--have been up to.

No other site has clicked with me as well. They all feel like they're trying too hard to be the next FA. Weasyl feels a bit more like its own thing to me, for some reason.

i'm sort of stopped being "creative" but i still lurk and fav stuff that i really like... so keep up the amazing work <3

I do all my posting here of late. I appreciate people using non-FA sites, though FA's so large and trafficed it's hard for other sites to pull away.

I use this place regularly, but I pretty much only use this, DeviantArt and Tumblr.

I'm still active here (though have been on haitus due to illness) but honestly its frustrating/disappointing that Weasyl didn't take off as much as hoped. The website UI works well and the whole site has a pleasant look to it, but the community seems small and withdrawn to me. Like you I've still been posting here, but its like a ghost town.

I've actually stopped commenting for the most part because people don't reply, and I suspect that's because they don't log in/ check the site often because its so dead around here. :/

I'm not going back to FA though.

Well it's gotten difficult with them platforms, but I really hope you keep this gallery up or at least tell us where you're going.
Furthermore I can only speak about my personal situation, and that is now, that my traineeship is accomplished, heading toward writing frequently. Honestly I have no idea where a good spot for furry stories and stories in general could be. But I'll keep going and take any opportunity that presents itself, while staying on course through the hard and dull times. That I can recommend to you as well. :)

I favour Weasyl over other sites, and am following a few people on multiple sites, but will view their art here first, least when they post it here at the same time.

Me! I use Weasly as a backup incase FA goes tits up, hacked or bought up by yet another 'distruptive' Silicon valley marketing company.

Meeeee. I understand FA is a necessity for people who live off their art, but I'd be much happier if weasyl had picked up more. I just flat-out don't trust FA, even if I do end up having to go back.

I post here more than I do on FA, and even though I watch people over there, I never actually look at my submissions or journals. Here I actually keep up with things! I like the interface and community here better.

I kind of lurk occasionally.

I'm on here several times a week but I'm more the lurker type...

I'm still partially active though I haven't posted any of my recent art (mostly because i haven't really finished anything enough to post it anywhere)

I do hope this site picks up more as there's a bunch of cool features here and I didn't notice the marketplace until you mentioned it. This site has so much potential to it.
