I really really like this site ever since they (finally) updated the thumbnails, wish more people started actively participating here. :T

I think many are doing the same, testing the waters and crossposting right now. As far as weasyl goes, be clear on the ratings. Some artists have had issues with that.

I would so love to see this site become the new thing. FA needs to just be over already. So, hooray, welcome, thanks for supporting the cause!

yea.. i started trying to post stuff here again. but it's just too quiet for my liking. i've got 1,200 watchers on fa... only 100 or so here. -_-

Definitely not unwise. :/ And yes - this has been a spectacular fail on their part thus far. Of all the alternative sites (Finally got set up on Furry Network the other day too) I still like the layout here best.

Well, so long as you make a presence for yourself on more up to date websites such as this and FurryNetwork, you'll always have an audience. FA's not gonna be doing any massive overhauls ever anytime soon to update its decade old code, let alone fix its gaping security holes. One person gets upset, down it goes.

One of the important lessons of this whole thing is don't trust your data and your business to a single website (and yes, that includes us!). Always have a backup. Of course I personally am thrilled that one of your sources would be here :D

Indeed, this one's going to be particularly hard to forgive. Fortunately my FA email's a old Yahoo email I rarely use anyway and my password was one of my disposable ones that is NOT used for my paypal or Steam accounts (probably should go change those anyway... damn it, that's probably going to be a pain.) Losing contact to an entire community because a single website goes dark is a frustrating experience.

With how man people love your art, you'd be quite influential in a mass migration off of FA.

Out of FA, Furry Network, and here, I find I am liking here the most atm. Been some good changes since I was last active, and it's intuitive like an art-site should be!

So far I'm liking over here the most, really. I dropped for posting art after the IMVU buyout but stayed on over there to follow folks because that's where the community is.
So far, to me, this place is the simplest to use. Pretty straightforward gallery type deal. FurryNetwork seems way too complex, like they're trying to build a furry art Facebook and really the world doesn't need another "media network" site.

So there's that.

Yeah, I wish activity would pick up here, too... I get more comments and feedback on frickin' DeviantART than I do here :/

I've been a big proponent of Weasyl over FA for years, so I'm glad to see you here.

I hope you see some decent traffic over here as more and more people really give Weasyl the shot, I feel, it deserves. Kudos to you man!

You would certainly be a great help in getting numbers over here. I really hope you decide to stick around and grow some roots here ^^ but, as Ikani said, never put all your eggs in one basket. Including here.
