Let's face it, every now and again, we all need help at times in our lives, I'm a stubborn fool whom waits until the last moment to ask for help, but when I'm asked to help a friend or family member, I'm up off my tail and in action faster than you can blink.
One of my friends needs some help, I know a lot of people might look at the reason behind this as shallow or selfish, but if you've suffered even a milligram of real depression, then you'll know it's nothing to scoff at.
If anyone watching me knows her, at all, please do what you can, even if you can't spare a dollar, then give her some much needed support and love. A lot of different factors can be the cause of depression, not just outward sources, but internal struggles we can't see, and those are the ones that can cause the most damage. So simply telling someone you're there for them can mean more than any amount of money in the world, but only if you mean it, only if you can put your heart into letting your friend, your family member, know that no matter what, you stand by their side through thick and thin.
