This is astoundingly beautiful! And it is the first suit I see by you which have the eyes placed where a real cervine would have their eyes. I am planning to eventually ask you for a commission, I have checked price estimation, and done some planning. I am going to ask for a realistic suit of my anthro bull character, much in a similar style to this stag. Perhaps this is not the right place to ask, but I wonder... in this mask, how does the suiter's eyesight work. Are there mirrors inside the head, so the suiter sees out through the tearducts of the eyes, even when the eyes are placed on the sides of the head like this?
This head was an experimental structure, actually - the head sits directly on top of the wearer's head like a helmet. This allowed me to make the head anatomically accurate to a deer, but I had to look out through the neck, and I couldn't do a moving jaw. The vision on this one was absolutely terrible, sad to say, but then I didn't give myself much in the way of eyeholes out of the neck.
