It was a lot of influences that started leading me in this direction (Tiny Toons and Sonic the Hedgehog being chief among them), but my real introduction to the furry fandom came when I accidentally discovered Yerf during a web search. I was hooked the moment I saw all of the gorgeous art, and I kept coming back for more.
As for Jonas, I think it was a mutual friend of ours who said we should talk. Actually we had SEVERAL mutual friends, and were kind of aware of each other for a while before we actually started talking. But once we did, we discovered we were a similar kind of crazy, and we hit it off but good.

How did you come up with your fursona and develop your style?

It was kind of a gradual evolution! Bats have long been my favorite creatures, but it wasn't until I saw
and her adorable character that I saw them as viably anthropomorphable (which is now a word). He started out looking a lot like a male version of her, then he started wearing glasses (because I do), then he became black and white because I love black and white contrasts/color schemes, then his hair got long when mine did, then the beard, and finally I decided that it was time to stop resisting and let my vampire obsessions shine through and go whole hog with it.
And there you have it! One Stoker.

If the vampire thing came last, did you used to have another name? Because, I mean, I'm having a bit of trouble imagining "oh hi my name is Stoker Bramwell but I'm not into vampires or anything, no sir."

Haha, no, it was ALWAYS Stoker Bramwell. And it wasn't so much that I denied being into them as, for some reason, I was weirdly resistant to my character being one. I don't know it was all very complicated for me back then.

Faith is still a part of my life, though it has become increasingly hard to nail down exactly WHAT I believe in over the years. I still believe in something, though, I'm just less absolutely certain of what to call it.

Jumpstyle looks pretty fun! I imagine if I attempted it, it would end up more like "fallstyle."
And to answer your party question truthfully I might need to re-rate this journal. :U
(Although honestly I'll go to any party with friends, video games, movies, and food. Food is a must. I just enjoy chilled atmospheres and talking and eating, haha.)

LOL, Well, I was kinda curious as to what kinda parties, as some people like raves, and some like formal parties! And I was curious as to what you preferred! From what I can tell of jumpstyle, it looks pretty fun! :3 I hope I wasn't too prying with the party question! D:

Oh gosh no, not at all! You can't be too prying with me, haha. I am basically an open book/lack any and all shame. XD
I think I COULD get into raves if given half the chance, I just need to lose the self-consciousness. And formal parties can be nice, too; I do like an excuse to get dressed up! But mostly what I prefer are casual, friendly, laid back stuff.
...and occasionally parties where CENSORED CENSORED CENSORED happens.

I like things that are salty, spicy, and sometimes a bit tangy or sour. For instance: salsa and chips, pizza, and dill pickles. Not...not necessarily all at once. :I
