Just uploaded a TON of my stuff from FA. Not all of it! I left out pieces from people who aren't on Weasyl, pieces which were already in my Collections, and pieces which involve people who have...removed themselves from my life, so to speak.
Might be some more uploads soon, including new stuff, but for now, that's the end of the flood! Apologies for art dumping on you all. @_@
^^
I wish I could support more the artists here. Though I might be having a commission brewing from someone here. Amusingly, iirc they didn't even come from FA but from deviantart(for different reasons). There's been a surprising amount of users from there lately, at the very same time than the FA exocus.
Heck, I showed the website to a nonfur friend today in RL(she does small sculpy things) and she liked the design so much she was pondering basically porting her deviantart stuff here as well.
Oh that's all fantastic! :D I would love to see an influx of non-furry artists here too, not gonna lie.
I've gotten interesting conversations on my own journals, on the subject. Like...
I mean, damn, I just love how there's a section for browsing -journals- here. One of my most popular "pieces" on this gallery isn't even an image I made, but a journal I wrote about historically accurate suits of armor worn by females.
Literally. I've had furs and nonfurs just stop by, comment and chat. Fav the thing. Even people who don't watch me either because they found it in the journal browsing section or in someone else's favs and have been sharing it around.
Of course, in journals' case, it helps that they're much more harder to flood out than image submissions since they can't be automated like people are doing with galleries transfer. You can't believes how sad I am whenever I see a person who's been uploading thousands of image submissions, but never a single journal. Because you have no idea how much visibility they miss on as a results since even for one's watchers it's easier to keep track of new journal posts than new image submissions during the current floods of images.
You know I hadn't even THOUGHT of any of that...that in itself is an extraordinarily innovative quality of this site. I think I'm going to spread that info around. o.o
Why do you think -I'm- spreading it all around I can? :P
In anyways, two of my more populars journals sofar(ontop of all my "tips for newcomers" ones):
https://www.weasyl.com/journal/24906/female-armor-the-cool-and-realistic-kind
https://www.weasyl.com/journal/26540/furry-and-nonfurry-what-if-it-might-work
And I want to say, never.... never on any art site I've been on any such journals would have brought such reactions. Neither on Furaffinity. Nor Deviantart.
You could argues that's also why I'd like to argue and poke everyone to stop posting their journals just on FA when it's so much rewarding to do so here ^^;
I mean, this is basically a website that allows viewers to browse not just for "How well can an artist draw?" but also for "but what do the person on this website have to say?"
Not so long ago, for example, I'd fell on a journal about vaping here and you should just have seen the tonloads of comments and literal discussions on it.
No apologies needed, it was good seeing your works again, a lot of them I'd forgotten about over the years. Your Beetlejuice one will always be one of my favorites. still watches the Beetlejuice cartoon series every few months

Apologies completely accepted!
Actually it was pretty damn neat to see all the artwork you posted. I've liked quite a couple of pieces myself :)
