Just wanted to let y'all know I'll be uploading some stuff this week, trying to catch up. I'm fond of this site, but it's tough to keep up more than one gallery for me, especially when one is so visibly inactive. Hopefully that'll be changing soon.
This is a business for me, at the end of the day. . . my livelihood depends upon traffic. I have to equate it to having a storefront in a beautiful, crime-free, corruption-free neighborhood. It's a lovely place to be, unfortunately, it's also not exactly a hub of commerce. So. . . I do what I've gotta do elsewhere :P
I'm gonna try and keep things up here, though. So do stick around. It'd be nice to see this place flourish, too.

Things have recently seemed busier here. Understandable though - you have to do the bulk of your business where there is business. I figure that's going to be FA for a while yet. Good not to have all your eggs in one basket though. Or... rather duplicate eggs in an alternative basket. Doesn't sound as quotable, does it? XD

If you use the Waxpost browser plug-in, then you can post to both Weasyl and FA simultaneously with no extra work. Makes it a lot easier to keep both in sync since there's no additional overhead.

A more apt analogy would be you're an anchor store in a nice new mall. Your being here will help draw more businesses, and gradually more customers will start coming. The run-down old mall will eventually get demolished or turned into a used-car dealership.

I love your art and am very happy to hear that you'll be posting stuff here as well. I follow you elsewhere but as Shalinka said this place won't flourish without great art and you definitely qualify. I look forward to seeing your art here as well. :)

I dunno whether that was sarcastic or not, but I don't really care. It's impossible to keep 'creepy' people out of any place, being creepy isn't a punishable offense. I even know a few 'creepy' seeming people who are just really socially awkward and mean no harm by it. So. . .I wouldn't expect any site to be able to do that.

Totally understand, but with so many artists making use of weasyl more now I am hoping a lot of the user base migrates or just uses this website as well. look forward to more of your art as always. :D

Likewise, having to migrate things here is a bit of a pain but with the Chrome extensions its really easy!

Yes, I know what you mean about the traffic. Well, I hope you can maintain some activity here as it's the popular artists like you that will draw people to the site.

I know you are quite busy, but I would love to see Off The Beaten Path posted here. The written work is great and intriguing! It's awesome to find furry literature I am enjoying reading.
