Drawn in 1997. Tremaine's Raccoon morph. I had huge thing against Barney the dinosaur at the time. I think I remember feeling so annoyed because it felt so fake and disingenuous. I mean, it was a show aimed at very young children, yes, but I couldn't imagine being a parent and having it on in the background.
