Inktober #14: Faerie dragon revisited by Sparkyopteryx
I've been keeping up with Inktober (mostly, at least) but since I'm never really online on Wednesdays and Thursdays, it's time to play catch-up with my uploads!
Was having trouble figuring out what to do for Tuesday so I decided to do an updated version of an old pen sketch from '09 here: http://greenladymonster.deviantart.com/art/Insectoid-faerie-dragon-135367468 This little guy has different wings than the other one though; perhaps there are variations depending on region or heredity?
Done in the moleskine with some purple ballpoints to make it extra-pretty and girly.

I agree wholeheartedly; I definitely will have to slow down after this but I'd like to keep up the momentum and the open, free-thinking mentality that this is creating.

That eye-searing purple helps too. I think creepy-cute fits.
