What brushes did you use to do the background?

All kinds! I have this cool jagged brush that lets me do the basics in a way that's really nice to build upon because it suggests a lot of helpful shapes: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/48007521/ivyfishing2.jpg
I have a brush pack with some texture brushes for the rocks and water splash effects, as well as different leaf brushes that make rendering trees a lot faster. I don't remember who I got it from, but someone in the furry fandom linked to them a while back. I have other sets, but this one has my fave brush ever (the one I used in the wip above).-
Awesome i would love to get a hold of the brushes you use. I want to start doing better background but it always gets tedious trying to get the effect I want with the brushes I have. Thanks for the link!
