Conbadge Commission for Jakebe

http://www.raccoonarts.com/Artz/01Jakebe.html

Jakebe is a a shape changing Fae, whose (assumed) base shape is that of a 8ft tall muscular anthro Reverine Rabbit/Kudu Jackelope. A truly strange and magical creature.

He must be a distant cousin of me, as I too am a shape changer and Fae blooded creature who's base shape is a drunk, fat, anthro raccoon, but I digress as this post is not about me. I have not decided whether the clothing makes him look more alien or less...

My conbadges are a small painting plus a 3" x 4" high resolution laminated print with name added. This ones badge can be found here: http://www.raccoonarts.com/Artz/01JakebeBadge.html

    LOL, I swear, I see your thumbnails sometimes and either think they are photos or digital and almost delete them without looking! Then I see your name and go OH, good stuff!

      {Chuckles} That tends to be a problem. I get people every once in a while say, "I have been on this site for years! Why haven't I seen you work before now?!"

      Because the thumbnails do my work no justice, and people pass over them because no one is interested in photographs, and digital is common. I need to fix how I do my work... Either go more toony less real, or go so real that it breaks reality. {Chuckles}

      Thank you for not deleting and for commenting. {Grin}

        Please do NOT change, do not become toony!! Your realism already breaks me cause I can never get that look!

          Thank you, I will endeavor to please. {Grin}

            Zoom in on an eye or a tooth or a dagger or something for the thumbnail. Or maybe do a sort of abbreviated sketch for the thumbnail that won't be too misleading?

              Another thing to try is to write "realism" or "paint" or something appropriately descriptive on the thumbnail.

    I have to agree Tristan', don't change your style.
