A police community support officer (PCSO) is a civilian member of police staff employed as a uniformed non-warranted officer.

Originally Ace wanted to be a constable but got discriminated against because of his face. Some "sympathetic" uniformed man said "Hey buddy, you're never gonna make it as a cop like that, why don't you look into this" and nudged some PCSO leaflets at him. Ace still likes his job and wants to prove that he can be a great cop though he doesn't have all the powers cops have.

He likes books and football (soccer for the US watchers). He's oddly friendly for someone people constantly stare at or go "ohgeeze" and look away.

There's a thing I always liked about drawing. It makes you see the beautiful side of absolutely anyone. It's not about pinup girls or stuff people are used to finding pretty, it's about picking a face in a crowd and going "Hey... you're wonderful".
