I learned this quite clearly, over the last 10 months I've been together with this slobbery scaly. ^_^ Eragon has been a legitimate light in my life for many years before that too though, all the years we were furry gaming partners and always getting along great during our many hangout sessions.

So while our relationship as it stands has not gone quite a year yet, our connection has gone on far longer than that. <3 I'm glad we took our time with pursuing a mateship...as it really solidified who we are to one another. And this makes me know we'll be together till the end~

It's a big statement, coming from me, a guy who's had bad luck in love with more than 5 other people in the past... But it's one I'm confident in saying all the same. ^^

This was drawn today by my mate,   eragoneater. <3 Proving all the more how much of a sweetheart he is by flexing his growing art skills to this degree. (Though with all that nomming going on, I guess my heart must be pretty sweet and succulent too!)

As a disclaimer, Eragon wanted me to point out that he did base his pose off of some random Valentine's Day card he saw, but did not trace it or anything. ^^

Also, to those of you without a mate, keep in mind - today can still be a good day for you! <3 I extend my love out to all of my good friends this day, and I hope that each and every one of you have friends that love you that you can celebrate today with, in a way. I don't think Valentine's Day is just locked to mates - but can be celebrated by anybody who cares about anybody. n..n
