Looking into a fursuit from kaiborgstudios kaiborgstudios because I just dig the helmet idea & use of electronics. <3
My first try in doing a rather simple fursuit ref sheet, working with simplisitg designs and colour scheme. This is my try on adapting my fursona Loki ap Balor as a cyborg kind-of being. He's a Nightmare stallion and already comes with a mask, so I took it a step further.
We'll see what comes of this!
Will soon make another cyber fursuit design for a friend as a commission! <3 So much fun! I am eager. <3

I wanted to give the design to http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kaiborgstudios when I have the funds and they're doing an awesome job with masks like this. The visor is transparent plastic that you can look through from behind but you cannot see the wearer's face from outside. The LED patterns are lighting up from behind the plastic, indeed & the pattern can change. The eyes on his cheeks would be carved & lit up from behind into the non visor part of the mask.

me, too! Not going to happen anytime soon, unfortunately. It's very expensive & VAT and shipping make it impossibly out of reach for the moment. :(

Looks like a really snazzy design. I love the idea of the mask.
Would it be static images etched into the mask and lit from behind, or would the mask be transparent and lit from behind by patterns of LEDs that you could change on the fly? I'm not sure how practical that second one would be, but if you could pull it off it'd be freaky.
