Got both remaining species done at the same time though one will be posted slightly before the other because artist comment needs to be written!

Yu!fo (for anyone that's new: an exclamation mark in a name represents a clicking noise it isn't the name is excited in the middle) are yet another lovely fluffy creature of the planet Igelin (home planet of the Bli!gira ). They are rather particular because while most species on this planet are very long bodied with short legs due to the stronger gravitational pull this species is upright standing and its legs are decently long and skinny. Interesting they're fused at the knee joint and essentially function like 2 legs rather than 8, further weirdness is their thigh is actually fused to their abdomen. Yu!fo also have 2 sets of tentacle with one being used like an additional set of legs and the other being on the sides of their head and allowing them to grab and hold items and food. The reason for all this seems to come down the diet: unlike most creatures on Igelin they're almost exclusively herbivorous. Since most vegetation with higher amounts of nutrition grow well around the ground combined with it being too difficult to get excessively large on such a diet they just evolved vertical. The major compensation is their exoskeleton is squishier so it they fall they simply get a dent rather than a crack, the downside there obviously is it makes preying on them easier.

As far as behaviour goes they're a quite skittish species that's very rarely seen, they haven't a single aggressive tendency and simply attempt to flee when they feel threaten. They're also known for being quite intelligent but not at any level near sapience. Also a notable trait is unlike most creatures on Igelin that have multiple morphs or at least once did yu!fo are actually hermaphrodites. Like certain earth species they actually will impregnate each other upon an encounter.

As far as designs go it should be pretty obvious where I was going here, interestingly the main reason for a yeti type alien species was bli!gira were originally going to have a hint of that in their design but it was altered for a few reason to be more straight up bug mammoth so the idea was brought back as its own species now. Also their face sorta ended up reminding me of the colossi though that's a bit unintentional since with the exception of one Igelin species all of them have had facial markings like that.
