As the trees still drip with the bounty of the great storm, and the mountains still weep streams, the sun glistens off of everything, bringing warmth and heat back to a place where there was none for some time.
For the girl from Qaimusu though, a feeling of uncertainty lingers in the air, and of mysteries unsolved. Kerlynzia (where season 2 takes place) is her home country. She was born and raised here, but it may as well be another world entirely at this point.
When the story picks up again, she's headed back to Qaimusu to finally come to terms with herself, while simultaneously trying to find a way to prolong her own life.
This theme becomes the field map theme, once the big storm in season 2 clears up. A lot of nooks and crannies are filled with water still, from the storm, so there's secrets to be found in there for water-based characters.
This song contains 4-5 leitmotifs from elsewhere in the project that are thematically related to it! You'll probably be able to pick them out!
