About the Piece: I originally forgot to upload this piece along with the rest of the others when I initially joined from FA, since I had misnamed the file originally and didn't upload it along with the rest. Despite a still-aching shoulder, I did some quick touch-up on the piece before submitting it here.

This piece has been just a quick doodle i made one night while exhausted and sick since i wanted to get at least something posted for the day that night. I suppose its theme is still fitting for me right now, as I feel sick and tired right now as well.

About the Ilesska: The Ilesska are a vaguely raptor/shiba species from a dream of mine. I later built a world around their appearance in that dream.

Ilesska at least (unlike the artist >.<) do not have to worry about natural viral based diseases due to their artificial origin - enough changed from the source genetics that they were produced from that they were rendered incompatible with any existing viruses. That isnt to say that an attempt was made to develop a virus to use against the rebellion by the fringe colonies. However, it was quickly realized that this would doom them too by completely wiping out their workforce which they were critically dependent on for all their raw materials and food.. On top of that, it wouldn't have been out of the realm of possibility that the more advanced rebellion would have been able to devise a counter to it, or simply contain it with a quarantine, leaving the colonies at a severe disadvantage if the plan went wrong.

Bacterial and fungal infections are still a possibility, though their hardier immune system has a better time handling such infections.
