It is done.

I may or may not put in teeth - I mostly just wanted to take some pictures after spending the whole evening finishing this up.

The arms didn't happen, but that's okay. This thing turned out huge and unwieldy as is. I originally had the eyelids and eyebrows like in my concept art, but the thing looked really mad or possibly sadistic and I figure this is already probably terrifying enough for a small child. So I ripped them off and redid the eyes and surrounding area.

There are a few things I'd do differently, but there always are. I should have made the ear structures out of something firmer like cardboard or foamcore - the foam is way too soft and when fur is attached it takes on a lot of bulk and sag and loses a lot of character. I learned this with my fursuit head experience but I guess I didn't apply my knowledge. Also the ears are slightly different sizes, oops.

This was totally fun and I want to make more and get better and maybe sell them or take commissions for them or something.

For those who missed the memo - this is a gift for my sister and her daughter who should be here any day.
