Here is my Art Commission T.O.S

1) Revisions:

Every commissioned piece has a limit of 5 free revisions (change of pose of the rough sketch, colours, etc.) before charges will be accrued for each successive revision. [Does not apply if the revision is a correction of a mistake I made, those are free of charge.]

2) Advertising:

Any art you commission from me may be used for advertisement for social media. You may also request that your art piece be kept private at any time and I will take down the image, but! it must be within 4 months of the commission.

3) Changes to a piece:

You may request revisions during each phase of the linework, but you can only request changes to what is drawn in that phase. (For example: the pose is made in the sketch phase, only during the sketch phase may you request any changes to it. Once I start linework, which is made directly over the sketch lines, you may no longer request changes to the sketch.

4) Refunds:

You may request a refund at any time in the process until the piece is either finished or almost finishe; however, money from the refund will be deducted according to the time already spent on the piece. However! There is a chance that if I'm raising funds for bills, refunds may not be available! I apologize for the inconvenience ahead of time.

5) Communication:

This one is simple. You must stay in (decent) communication with me during the process of the piece(s) of art you get from me.

Hello! Thank you for being possibly interested in buying a drawing off me! This bit's just the clarify how I like to go about the commission process and how payments work.

• Payment is usually done through paypal, and I will send an invoice to your paypal email address.
• The point in the process you'd prefer to pay me is up to you, although I am used to be paid once the sketch phase is cleared to be lined/coloured.
• Once the work is finished I will only release the full resolution unwatermarked version once payment has been completed.

Normally I will send along sketches and initial passes as I made them to make sure the pose and overall tone is in line with what you want. How often this happens depends on the complexity of the peice, and your personal preference on how much oversight you want.

As with most commissions: the more information and reference material you can give me about what you want the better.

As for NSFW limits: most forms of pornography or dark subject matter are fine. Obviously I have preference for drawing cute critters and shortstacks.

I will not draw characters who are very patently or stated to be underage, this includes themes of ageplay and infantilism. Obviously Weasyl doesn't allow this to begin with, but it's worth re-affirming.

Also I might decline some more extreme fetishes, although you'll need to ask me about that. Hard vore, heavy inflation, and scat spring to mind as stuff I'll likely decline. If in doubt, just ask!

I have some rules, pretty simple to follow.

one, no fetishes of any kind for the time being

Two, no super detailed robotics of any kind. I'm still practicing that on my own.

Note: When you are commissioning an artist, you are commissioning them to draw a picture of your character(s) in their style; meaning I will NOT change my style to fit whatever you are thinking of, however, I may draw in a 'Disney-esque' style depending on the character, if you are unsure about my style please look through my gallery and observe before buying.

I, as the artist, reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation, whether it be a personal preference or not. My signature is never to be removed from the artwork, doing so will result in a perma-ban from commissioning me as well as being added to a 'block list' to ensure you're unable to purchase.

Reposting my artwork is only intended for the buyer and the owners of said characters in the commission - however - you MUST provide accurate credit back to me.

Reposting art that you did not purchase, tracing, recoloring or having another artist finish an uncompleted work is not allowed and will result in a perma-ban, being reported through Furaffinity staff and added to the block list to prevent future commissions.

I do NOT allow my artworks to be reposted on any other sites (i.e. e621.net or InkBunny), if any of my art is posted to any other site besides FurAffinity or posted by someone who is not myself on Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr, will result in reporting and immediate taking down of the image.

You, as the commissioner, own your character, but I as the artist own the initial work, meaning I may resell or make prints/items/merchandise from any artwork I choose to. You are NOT allowed to sell the works I have drawn for you, even if you are the commissioner - however - if you are selling a character and the art comes with said character then a transfer is okay, but making money off of merchandise featuring my art will also result in the ban, immediate take down and reporting for abuse of usage rights.

You, as the commissioner, are expected to be understanding, to be able to communicate on an intellectual level (meaning no trying to start a fight or yelling, I don’t need any of that stress) and if you are not satisfied, please note me when I send the sketch for approval so everything can be fixed accordingly.

Please understand that I do my own artwork in between commissions of my characters, friends characters and my mates characters, if I have a drawing to do and I’m uploading a picture for myself, understand it’s probably something in between commissions to help relax or start my drawing flow.

I offer in-stream commissions and offer a stream option to ALL of my commissions, it is easier for me as an artist to draw and complete the work in front of the buyer so the image is received swiftly and with little to no errors.

Payments and Refunds
I require full payment up front in the form of instant pay via PayPal - the only online money source I will use.
I will not accept E-checks, they take too long to go through.
I will NOT take half payments, you do not have to send through Friends and Family, I will not ask anyone to cover the fees on Paypal as it is against their terms to do so.

Refunds can only be given under certain circumstances:
1. It's been 6 months and you still have not received your art.
2. You have an immediate emergency that requires the funds to be returned. (I.E. hospital visit, car crash)
If you have received a sketch and want a refund you will only receive HALF of the original payment, if the image was in the coloring stage then you will only receive a quarter of the original pricing (I.E. if you send $100, I will refund $25 of it)

Turn-around times & Estimates
My usual turn-around time is around 2 weeks - 2 months, however this can change due to my current situation of not having a workspace, please be patient with me I am trying.

If you are needing a commission completed within a certain amount of time, or a certain date please specify that before-hand.

If you are worried about why your art is taking a while to be finished please consider these factors:
1. My health; I have a lot of health problems, one including a severe bleeding problem that makes me unable to do anything through weakness.
2. Mental stability; I have severe anxiety issues as well as depression and some days I don't even get out of bed.
3. Real life problems; My life will always come before my artwork, I am aware that I should separate business and personal life but a lot of my personal life problems do affect my artwork, ranging from how I draw, where I work and if I can work.

Please never assume that I will take your money and run; if you are worried about your commission(s) please just note me, I may take a minute to respond but I always will try my best to do so, I do not mind giving updates.

2. If the reference is written it must be detailed and provide me with clear insight on the markings, the location of the markings as well as detailed colors.
3. If the reference is a Second life or IMVU reference then the screenshots MUST be a complete turnaround and must absolutely be clear or I can not work with it.

Previous art partners

While I will not state the name of the user this is about, I will say that I am not working with them and never will be again. The art that they post for sale is art they have previously commissioned from me and there's nothing I can do about it.
Do not fret if you see them posting sketches that look like my work but all alerts are appreciated!
