I remember in my school i would get in small tiffs with my classmates. Even though later admitting they were just trying to win the argument but they didn't have any means behind them.

The style of fighting is people who use big 3-4 syllable words to try to sound smarter.

Since i was raised with an asain parent(hell i sound like a normal american just my words come out all jumbled and backwards sometimes in the typical asain way), big words aren't my forte in speaking.

But Damn well do i understand them. So i called it out to one of the guys using that fighting style and he laughed going 'thats how you win arguments you use really big words, but yeah your right we shouldn't probably do this'

I dunno, I'm just sharing this for anyone who might use this in the future. Don't let people try to cheat their way to getting their way of things by just speaking 'smart'. If something doesn't seem right go with the gut feel.
