    Hey there!
I tend to be called Ludo or "Fringe", as per my FA username(Fringedog)
I'm 27, from French Canuckistan(Aka: Quebec) and currently living with roomates. I've been pretty much using this site as a secondary gallery to my furaffinity account but I tend to be so active here that the line between which gallery is my "primary" and which is my "secondary" tend to blur ^^

      EYY LUDO
I find it pretty hard to be active here, it may be do to the lag or just the layout. Though it depends on what you mean by active. I may remember to post stuff here as it comes, but most likely I'll be doing it in bursts so I can properly pick and choose what to share haha.

      • Link

I don't find it so hard. Getting used to the layout was a bit more tricky at first, but the help page has been helpful(at least, specifically for the markdown system. It's tricky but very flexible once you begin to use it).
As for posting stuff, I know a lot of folks have been literally making tools to automate copying art from their gallery to their Weasyl account here. I haven't used any myself(I've jjust been active since a very long while ^^; ) but I can link you to some if that might help.
As for the lag for now that's a little annoying. But considering the concerted DDOS attacks launched at the site when everybody suddenly rushed in to create accounts, and the swift actions carried by the staff to mitigate the attacks, we'll see if that'll last for a while or not. It at least beat not being able to access the website at all.

This said, they've got a pretty good and open crew here so they'll probably be fixing this very soon I feel. They've always been very swift to respond and very helpful on both their twitters and the technical support forums.

I think you know some of these but..

Jesse, but it isn't my real name. I would prefer to be called either JC, Jesse, or Jess. I'm 19 years old, and I'm from all over. Specifically, born in Texas but raised in California and Florida. I currently live in California, though.
I have a decent sized family. By decent I mean currently there are 8 people in my house including me.
I love collabs buuuuut I'm shit at drawing. If given permission I'm.. decent at inking. However, I'm really great when it comes to coloring a piece. That's my strong point, colors.
I wear a fucking size 12 to 13 depending on brand. Fuckin' huge ass feet of mine >_>

I remember you asking what name to use at one point I think?? I REMEMBER LIKING JESSE SO I am glad you are doing that at least for now, I think it really suits you.
how the fuck do you live with 8 people?? Like how does the layout work, whats the age range....... jesus christ......
I WILL TRADE YOU I literally have dainty feet everyone always compliments me and says i could model shoes and im like 'no i want big ol manly feet fml'

    Ooooh, fun.

Well, for starters, Im Amber, but you may call me Ali or Domi.
Im 19 (will be 20 in 6 months) and Im from little ole' Delaware - born and raised.
My direct family consists of one older brother, and two older sisters, but my extended family is HUGE.
(^ mostly because nobody in my extended family seems to know how to keep their junk in their pants, BUTANYWAY)
Uhh, collabs are fun, yes. Haven't done one in a looooooong while, though.
    LOL I don't even remember. 6 1/2, I think? IDK, I pretty tiny irl.

AMBER IS A SPLENDID NAME I think it works well for you (though I don't know what you look like technically w/e not the point)
I just turned 20 like... a week ago, it's scary man don't have a freak out like I did (am) BE STRONG.
My extended family is pretty big too, at least I think so. My dad had 4 siblings and one of them had like 6 kids aside from everyone else soooo (enough that I forget their names yikes)

I'm procrastinating right now so WHY NOT!

My name is Juliet! I don't mind if I get called that or my username. I'm 15, but I'm gonna be 16 in about 2 months. I live in Australia, but fun fact, my background is Greek. all of it. the whole thing. none of that fraction business. I'm not really sure about the big family thing. Like yeah, I've got a lot of cousins and uncles and aunties, but because my parents are divorced it's kind of complicated hah. Collabs are cool but whenever I try to do one it very rarely gets done. :( Shoe size is 7. yeye this was fun.

ANOTHER LIL YOUNGIN AAHH I'm starting to gather a collection of you 15/6 year olds. Shota army B))
It's really interesting that you've got a greek BG in australia!! Is that very common? I'd assume not? I'm american so I don't really know anything about other countries aside from central europe. Did recent generations move there or are you a part of like a community of the culture type thing?

      • Link

Australia is very multicultural! A lot of people have migrated here over the last few decades. My grandparents came over here from Greece in the late 60s/early 70s, and it's like that for a lot of people with a European background, at least.

Hello, friend, I am Jazz. uvu
I'm 19, currently faffing about in the middle of a desert. I don't have a huge familiy?? ;o; At least not with me, currently I only hang with my cute brat of a dog and my dad. Everyone else lives states away, but even so, my family's not quite as large as I know others are. As for shoe size--I have tiny feet, depending on brand and all, my shoe size can be anything from a 3 to a 7.
I like the idea and such of collabs, but I've actually never /really/ done one before, unless we count one of those three-way mini-collab things. But never before a larger one. Up until this point I've stuck to trades mostly. uvu

Jazzhands is what I 'll be calling you, okay? GREAT.

Almost all of my dads side lives in one city, not just the same state but the same goddamn town. AND THE THING IS THEY ALL MOVED THERE TOGETHER?? They grew up in NEW YORK so like they should have spread out like normal people instead of just clustering and taking over a new town.
I've always found collabs to be great like.. if it HAPPENS. The threeway one is my favorite because I dont have to line my own thing, but I get to line another persons art (which is easier for some reason?) and THEN I get to COLOR other people's lines which is my main attraction to collabs. I like to be the colorist huhuhu. I've only done one of the threeway ones because each other time they like fell through umu;; it's hard to do them!!

I go by Em or Chelsea, or Kite. Uh.
I'm 24 in May and live in the middle of the country, pretty much! I've been to all 48 land states, and just need Alaska/Hawaii to complete my collection. I've just been out to Canada for, like, ten minutes before coming back and that's the only time I've been out of the country.
Family's average, and collabs are 90% of the time badass.
My shoe size is small. Just small. I have small feet.

    Nice to meet you! :D

    • Link

Kite!! I like that a lot, I also love the name Chelsea too. I have a frog girl named that B) You're probably more badass though, she's kind of a ditz.
Ahh I've only been to a handful of states but I've been to canada a few times! Always the same area though, which is funny because it's on the opposite side of the continent. My cousin went to college in alaska though and came back with a boyfriend and a baby, so if you're on the market apparently that's a good place to start hahaha.
It's a pleasure to meet you as well uou!!

Hii, I'm Cliffe, going-on 24 year old artist near Atlanta.
Family size? Uhh, I dunno how to rate it, a little above average? My dad's side of the family makes up most of it. I hardly see anyone since I'm two states away now though.
    I like collabs, they're really fun. I wear a 9.5 shoe. :>
    Nice to meet yooou

Ohh near atlanta eeyy? I'm a lil whiles away from there myself! At least when I'm at school. Otherwise I'm either in NC or Florida
