Ick, I hate that kind of situation so much. My own coworkers are a bit like this at times, and it makes me feel sad for them and a bit uncomfortable as well. A lot of times I just fake a smile/laugh for it, because it's easier, but I feel weird about doing so. Still, not sure what else I could do that would effect my situation.

Next time you should just interrupt them and start talking about your period and tampons, just really loudly and with a very serious expression. Just go watch any Girl Code and just start quoting it nonstop. If they give you weird looks just be like "oh does that make you uncomfortable? Weird. Weeeeird."

I had one person like that in my Foundation Art Class. He also had this iPhone app thing that pulled jokes from Britian's most controversial and offensive Comedians (ie. People more skilled at delivering a punchline than him) so whenever he tried to tell a joke it didn't just come off in bad taste, it was just bad and cringeworthy. Besides the weird stalking he did where he'd rotate around following various younger woman in the class until they complained, he just sat at the back of the class watching porn on his laptop.

One day He left the copper cut outs for his end of year project on the floor that I mistook for scraps as the janitor walked in at the end of day, and binned them, only realizing after walking in late the next day that I caused him to fail the course. After that we realized how little sympathy people had for him, including the other guys who although younger were far more mature.

I used to work with people like this all the time. They would oogle at women and when I started wearing solid black bike pants (skin tight opaque) because I biked to work. I had to deal with their misogynistic comments about it. They would drink at work even and show up hungover bragging about getting kicked out of some shit club. It was disgusting but only got worse when they were all together. I quit a few months ago and they started a rumor that I did it because I was pregnant. So yeah scum of the earth.
