If there's something about my art, whether it's the style, anatomy, posing, coloring, or similar - what would you recommend to make it better?
Just asking for constructive advice here, and personally I think there are times I'm lax with quality but I don't mind helpful tips. If anything, suggest a different creature or Pokemon to draw XD

Just to elaborate, this is mostly visible when you draw feral legs from different angles where they would look thinner, like the Raichu in "Sparks evolution forms" and rear angle like the more recent "Espeon", although the shading could have covered it up there.
These creatures are almost merged circles, so not much else to put the finger on anatomy wise.

I think your style is fine tbh! ^-^ though just an idea but although pokemon and Hamtaro is cool 'n' all, it would be cool to see other species besides pokemon :3 like animals, hoomans, and mythical creatures :3 practicing other species can be a really good way to branch out, experiment, and try new things, also it's fun to find out what they look like in your style too! :D

Your backlegs are very circle, that is what stand out the most to me.
