Hey all, it's SatsumaLord here; and it's been a while since I've really done any kind of update on my life, so I figured it was time to get on that.

So first off, I recently found out that I'm losing my hair, and am slowly going bald; I'm not exactly crazy about that fact, but I'm coming to terms with it. I guess it just sucks now that I have a more obvious signifier of my own mortality, rather than just my own age (going to be turning 40 in a few more years, so I'm kinda down about that too - but I'm trying to deal with it). ^_^;

Also, I've been dealing with a lot at home, and it still feels like there's much to do, but I'm trying to get a better handle on it, so that if nothing else, I can still dedicate time to what I need to do art-wise; especially with regards to things like commissions and Patreon. Hopefully you'll all be able to see the artistic fruits of my labor soon; especially since I'm mostly caught up with my Patreon now. =3

In addition, while I did take on some commissions over my impromptu hiatus, I won't be accepting more until my current queue is complete. I'm also going to try and make more of a habit of doing smaller queues, so that I can put myself in a better headspace of actually completing them in a better timeframe.
