Kazi is a Whatzit from Imaginationland. She works for the Imaginary Friends Agency, who provide an imaginary friend to children who need them. She is a level 7 field operative, currently assigned to Persephone Cadmin.
Her abilities include a prehensile tail, a pouch with a self-contained extra-dimensional space, and a Q-like power to do pretty much anything she wants. While she has a mischievous streak, she rarely uses these abilities to bring harm to others... Though she DOES sometimes bring misfortune upon those who bully Persephone, including Perse's mother!

Hehehe, "Level 7 Imaginary Friends Agency Field Operative"…kinda makes me think of The Fairly Oddparents and how Cosmo and Wanda were "assigned" to Timmy Turner. x3
Also, when you said "Q-like" I immediately started picturing her appearing/disappearing in that bright white gleam that Q always did on Star Trek: TNG, and it…actually kinda works for her…I guess. Though, something a little more sparkly would probably work better, as a lot of her other "magical" special effects have sparkles. xD
