some important notes about colbs;

+ colby is completely androgynous, much like a regular animal. you can use 'she' or 'they' pronouns for her (i tend to bounce between them), but she would probably be offended if you called her 'it' considering she's self-aware and intelligent.
+ her colors aren't exact. i can't stress this enough. play with her visually, change her coat color to fit mood and environment. her eye-dots can also be any shape. part of the fun of colbs is her simplicity and flexibility in design.
+ colby can grow any and all types of plants, though her personal preferences tend to revolve around fungi, and sometimes succulents.
+ colby is immortal, but not in a traditional sense. her body can be mangled and for all intents and purposes 'dead', however her heart cannot be killed. her insides are a mixture of organs held together with indestructible vines, which pull pieces of her back together and bury her underground for recuperation. naturally this means that you can draw her missing limbs, ears, tails, really in any situation and its completely canon.
+ after being killed, colby's body naturally buries itself in the dirt and begins to regrow, absorbing nutrients from the soil. the period of slumber is determined on how brutal colby's death.
+ touching colby results in the aggressor growing mushrooms on the contact point. they do eventually fall off and wither.
+ as for personality, colby comes off as incredibly aloof and mysterious. the caracal has lived an unknown amount of time on earth and quietly sat by while all of her companions died. the thought of getting close to anyone or anything only to lose them makes her very cautious.
