As it turns out I share a birthday with one of my favorite artists, Ahkahna! I've know this for a while, and for many years I've wanted to draw our characters together for our birthday. When I proposed this idea she drew this amazing piece, and I colored it! Her anatomy and dynamism is impeccable, it was such an honor to put some colors to it. I love the foreshortening, and how Ahk's eye is kinda closed because Nym is tossing flowers into her face. Those are my favorite flowers too, Indian Paintbrush! This was so fun, thank you Ahkahna!

THIS IS GOOD. This is adorable, and this is really cool to see from you two! Ahk's linework is always just really neat to see, and your rich colorwork I think has added a lot too! This is just about one of the cutest kinds of interactions I can think of between your characters, those smiles and faces are just too fun and heartwarming to see :D

Ahkahna was one of the very first furry artists I ever saw when I first started googling furry images. Always loved her character.

I remember what Ahkahna's original golden dragon persona looks like. Man, from many years ago. Always been a big fan of hers too and it's been interesting to see her develop her species and style to what it is today.
