felisrandomis made a species of creatures that got my attention. Floraline's are born in a flower and basically carry them on their back when fully grown. I liked them enough to give one a try, and hate myself!

They are based on a Fritillaria Meleagris, or the Fritillary. It goes by like a dozen names, so apologies if I don't want to list a paragraph of names here! What makes this flower special is that when it flowers, it has a 50% chance of being either pure white or purple checkerboard pattern! With nothing you do able to influence it. So random that even on the same plant there is both coloration of the flower. I am naming them Fritillaria, or Aria for short.
