I get a lot of spam calls and such. So if I were to get any call even slightly close to this one, I would just hang up anyways. Sorry, no funny result here. Consider it a result of having a business and needing to call people constantly.

I pick up nearly every call that goes my way. I have gotten good at saying "Hello!" In the same chearful voice the bots use. To the point of having other bots hang up on me because they think they are contacting another bot number. Or at least that's what I think is going on.

The other one I've picked up a number of times is one that tries to trick you into thinking you're talking to a person......you say hello and there's like shuffling sounds in the background and then when you're about to hang up, a person says "Hello? Sorry, I got distracted......." and goes into their sales spiel. XD

A: Why do people think of this stuff?
B: I'd pull a Liam Neeson. 'I have a very specific set of skills... skills that make me a nightmare for people like you.' Then, after finishing the entire spiel, hang up the phone, call the cops, and find somewhere else to stay until the matter is resolved, because at that point they're probably coming after me too...

I got one recently, which had a really close phone number to my doctor's office--so I actually answered it. It turned out to be a "this is card services, you recently reported your card stolen...please call this number right away to resolve the situation" kind of call. @_@
