Waiting at Harbor

Zaezar

An old drawing I had to do for college in the summer of last year. This is the only drawing I enjoyed from that class, and I still felt the need to color it somewhat.
The project was to use a pose in a story. We had free reign of the materials and process, just so long as we told a story. Thing was, the teacher was an OLD school oil painter/life drawing guy. So if you took any shortcuts he could point them out in a second. So this took me a very long time to get perspective and such correct (note, it still isn't perfect haha). I love that teacher, but damn was that class strangely stressful.

Done entirely with fountain pen. Color was added digitally.
