This tune is meant for the main port in the ancient wolven kingdom of Tykondrus, which is based very loosely on Spain. The town is called Flik, and is one of the few functioning ports left on Elancia, seeing as the sea between the south coast of the Follin Continent (where Flik is located) and the west coast of the B'yada continent is still fully functional.

The port itself is massive, with many steam-powered cranes to serve all the traffic moving in and out. There is also a large railway station where long-distance travelers can switch from train to boat, or vice-versa.

What this means is that Flik is one of the last remaining international trade centers still operational, along with its sister ports surrounding the last living sea. The town is situated in a very rocky area (really, what part of Tykondrus isn't rocky? TRICK QUESTION!) that juts out into the ocean by a few miles. The city, like many Tykondrian cities, is cut right into the rock, and parts of it are in caves. It is a semi-arid region, so it doesn't often rain here, although fog sometimes rolls in in the morning.
