This tune plays in the plains town of Smoke Hill in season 4 of Elancia Chronicles.

Smoke Hill isn't a particularly large town, but is rather well-to-do due to its location at the point where two rivers meet, and the fact that that it is currently the westernmost point on the Contaplia Railroad. The area is home to farms, as well as the town, and mostly self sufficient.

The town features two inns, two saloons, a church (devoted to the Sea God, who also oversees rivers, of course) a blacksmith, an office of the Blue Sashes (Contaplia's militia) jail, two general stores, an arms dealer, and a barbershop. All in all, it is a very modern town, if rather unremarkable.

Some important events will transpire in this town over the course of the fourth season's story.
