This is another of my very old tunes (3/8/2003 is the date on the original MIDI composition) re-imagined and brought back to life for this project. This was a very fun song to work with, because originally it was very sparse (save for the chorus.) This meant that when attacking it with my musical-brain functioning the way it does now as opposed to how it did then (read: not at all) I could really enhance the song to bring it up to more modern standards. :V

Anyway, all that rambling aside, this is one of the 'normal' town themes for Season 3, the other being Somewhere Else, Somewhere Beautiful. I had originally meant to compose another major key song to be in the same vein as that one, but I felt it would be nice to try displaying the more rough side of desert life. Like that song, this one has a chance to play in all 'normal' villages in norther Kerlynzia, Pratz, and New Tykondrus, but is first heard in Armstice at the beginning of Verse's story.
