Writing for others is a rare treat, I'm super lucky that the Shisa character auctions have opened up that avenue! In this month's auction, a short "chapter" in the story of the character is one of the ladder options available, so what better timing than now to post a past sample!

Hope you all enjoy! Maya was a blast to write, her personality definitely speaks to my grumpy/cautious side. As a note, this was done quite a while back, (a year or so ago, oh my, the auctions have been going for a while now!). Also, marked as moderate due to the darker themes in the story. That's probably unnecessary, but I figure it's better to be cautious.

I'm looking forward to doing more writing pieces like this one. A ton of love is poured into each of these characters, this gives me a chance to spend a little more time with them before sending them off to their new homes! :)
