Done using Transfer Printmaking. Essentially what they used prior to Photoshops inception, although I did touch this up in GIMP via small edits.

Sorry, I'm just shitting you, it's all Laser Jet Ink from a printer. I printed out all the blood spatters seperately, and then covered the paper in acetone (Main ingrediant in Nail Varnish Removal) and used a roller to 'transfer/imprint' the printer's ink into the larger piece of card paper.
