Eeee.... Ehhhhh..... Eck-k....kh Dunno if I'll finish it or not but the idea behind it is Circuit Eel doing some resistance training with Zevv got blasted by some kind of ice / snow attack and now he's a little chilly and frosty tipped! He's not a fan of the cold.
