A commission for featuring his OCs Zeva Altria the Raichu and her husband Ciel trying to relax and enjoy their time off, but the stress of being a hard-boiled detective like Ciel is not easily shrugged off, especially when ominous news reports of crime waves in your area constantly remind you how incompetent your fellow officers are without you hounding them all the time.
