Banana for Scale
Onion is a Dwarf Chinchilla Rabbit Breed.

I finally got Onion's new Cage! I've let him use it a few days to see how he likes it before writing about it. I am EXTREMELY happy with it. There are a lot of things I like about this cage, and Onion absolutely loves it as well. He actually doesn't want to come out. XD He's a handful. He loves to climb around it so much. OHHH But I had an EXTREMELY cranky Fedex guy. He wasted no time to leave as fast as possible, and the box itself looked like it was tumbled down a hill a couple times. >:0 well you shouldn't shiftily change dates of delivery with false reasonings and time frames that don't add up. Ya had literally the whole day left and decided to "delay it" twice in a single day. Still think that it was trying to be stolen.

Pros

  • Pee Guard on bottom floor

  • Great for Small Rabbits

  • Good for Medium Rabbits

  • Can Rearrange Floors and Stairs on either side

  • Lots of Room

  • Can Become 2 story cage if you only want 2 story.

  • Lots of doors (3 on mine)

  • Easy to clean

  • Easy to put together

  • Flooring built so rabbits feet are happy

  • Flooring is a strong plastic not rubbery one, so its chew resistant

  • WHEEEEELLLS for moving

  • Light Weight

  • Front door is a ramp that leads to outside

  • Pull out catch pan

Cons

  • 4 story Not for Larger Breeds. 2 story should be fine (New Zealand Whites won't fit on the ramps, but the 2 story would probably be fine without a ramp for that size breed)

  • Must Have Chewy Toy for Rabbit at ALL TIMES because floor is plastic even though it is a harder plastic(you should anyways, but def make sure always)

  • NOT for smaller animals who's feet can get caught in floor holes. I read some feedback from folks, and it seems this is not a cage you should put rats in.

Some of my Cons aren't cons, but more common sense for rabbit care, but I figured I would write them so that people who mightn't know rabbit care could know. Making sure your bun Has a chewy toy is important no matter what. I wrote that in Cons mostly because the material of the flooring, although I'm confident won't entice rabbits too much, may entice rabbits who are heavy chewers if you don't have toys in there with them. Onion is not a heavy chewer, so I don't foresee him doing such a thing. My Rabbit, Ginger, on the other hand is. I can say confidently that I will be getting the same cage for her, because the plastic material is thick and hard enough that i don't feel it would be hyper appealing to her. Especially if I put chew toys all over the rooms. This is better than a cage made of wood that a bun will chew through for sure.

That cage looks amazing and it looks like a lot of fun for bunnies! :D

I’m glad the cage itself wasn’t damaged, given what you said of the box damage. The seller clearly packaged it pretty well.
