King Cerulean has a weather machine? but... why?! Is it to keep the weather perfect so that
the kingdom can be happy? It would make sense as to why we never get much bad weather
in Chiyeko, but, the weather has been so crazy lately! If he has one, does that mean it's malfunctioning?
(And why is he having guards drag a Washing Machine around?)
