Drawn in 1995. I found this again on a very yellowed sheet of paper, and I just absolutely adore her expression. Just this sad vixen, with heavy eyeshadow (always loved eyeshadow on gals), just love how well her face turned out. I'm glad I could clean this up and share this with you all!
