Bet you didn't expect this?
Ok ramble time, left to right top to bottom

A friend wanted to have a drek character in the DragonScape so I Obliged. This is Sketch, She is a hunter living around Yellowstone. Making a living by hunting and selling the meat and Scaleather of various animals in the region. trading them off to local towns for various forms of payment. She does have a cool Ghillie hood and a dandy hunting crossbow. With an old iphone and some music to boot!

Moving directly down. Particularly in the Indo-Chinese and UK colonies, drekified humans are often retrained and repurposed into either Dragon mages to support human missions or to simply scout deeper into the DragonScape and work with local drekir. Since they aren't under the threat of drekification they can be a lot more self sufficient and useful. But human tech is still their savvy most of the time. This guy is cooking up a small MRE for some good ol' dinner... i need to draw better MREs

Trade will eventually develop between SOME Sivilao Kingdoms and Drekir towns as time wears on. To many kingdoms it will quickly become clear that the Drekir around them aren't going anywhere and its going to be more of a pain than a benefit to conquer them. and Eventually drekir capitalism gets to them and trade begins. Often with drekir selling their old technology to the scholars, the MaVotur Wyverns, it is common to see some price spiking to take advantage of the Caste Dragon customers who frankly have no idea how trade should really work. It's an easy way to get a lot of VerdaStal Shards or Magical knowledge.

Just two dragons doing some Gold fish... Uno? Bah. I have been wanting to draw fatter and scrawnier drekir, still needs work as the belly on the right looks really really long and i dont think thats right.
Card games are a common passtime in most drekir towns, it's easy enough to make a simple deck of cards and most people know how to play at least one card game. Most of these cards would probably be more like your typical gambling style deck rather than any sort of trading card setup.

Two Drekir Musicians playing some blues
That bird probably was breathing fire actually... true story!
Music is another important form of entertainment. often towns will have one or two folks who might scratch together a simple guitar or, in this case, a guitar and a cajon and try and make some nice sounds. It's often more of a hobby than a job and is just a way of entertaining family and friends. Styles tend to be more focused on smaller acoustic groups, in this case probably blues singing.

Shaggy out!
