  -4H pencil to sketch everything out
  -Pen/brush pen for the lineart
  -Watercolor pencils (prismacolors)
  --annnd a white gel pen for the shiny bits :3

    I'd thought it was colored pencil, but it seemed different somehow. Now it makes sense!

      Well I laid out the colors like you normally would with regular color pencils; I just used a wet brush to add that watercolor/paint effect to it. Or tried to xD
