-Super Strength: Muck can lift 50 tons without risk of injury
-Sludge Transformation: Muck can melt his body and costume into a mixture of solids and liquids, retaining full control of the resulting mess. He is also able to control the chemical content of the sludge to some degree
-Sludge Manipulation: Muck can manipulate water, earth, and earth-like substances, especially when they are mixed together

Strengths:
-Play My Game: Although he never went to college, Taylor has incredible skills in psychology and game theory, and uses them to readily predict the actions of others, and organize a strategy to achieve the best possible outcome
-Hidden Strength: Even without his superpowers, Taylor is extremely strong, and thus difficult to restrain and a dangerous foe, even when depowered
-Slurp: Muck's ability to melt makes him excellent for stealth entrances and ambushes, letting him slip through small holes and cracks, or conceal himself in tight spaces or as a mud puddle

Weaknesses:
-Size Isn't Everything: Taylor's huge size makes things difficult for him, whether it's looking behind him, buying furniture, or doing tasks that require fine motor skills
-It's Too Pure: Although he can control pure water and pure earth, doing so is very exhausting, and it works best if the mixture is 30-70. He also cannot control ice or non-polar liquids, like oil
-Boobies: Though he's not a pervert, Taylor is easily hypnotized by breasts, especially if they are D-cups or larger. He will simply slip into a trance and keep droning "Boobies..." until something snaps him out of it

Bio: Taylor was born to be a physical powerhouse. His mother was a Texas longhorn and worked as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer, while his father was a Belgian Blue who frequented strongman and powerlifting competitions. But they weren't content with him relying solely on brute force for his livelihood. They encouraged him to study what he wanted, and that was board games. He quickly began to focus his studies on what made them work.

There was a small hitch in their plans, however. When he was 18, Taylor accepted a rather stupid dare from his friends, and tried to walk around the edges of a tank holding waste fracking fluid. Unsurprisingly, he fell in, and swallowed some of the disgusting, briny mixture. Thankfully, a worker was passing by, and managed to fish him out and get him to the nearest hospital.

However, something quite strange happened. While he was getting hooked up to a banana bag, the doctor told Taylor to relax as much as possible. Taylor did so...and promptly melted into an enormous pile of goo. Shocked, he quickly reverted back. After he had recovered enough from his accidental swim, he decided to experiment a bit. He soon discovered how to control his transformation, and that he could also control any form of sludge, ranging from simple mud to complex hazardous waste. Not only that, but his already prodigious strength was amplified to incredible levels. he registered, and was quickly assigned to Chicago, where he was one of the very few in the local BOS office not affected by the biological disaster known as the Chicago Incident.

Personality: Though he may seem a bit vacant at times, Muck is surprisingly sharp, able to quickly form plans of action and outwit and outmaneuver criminals known for their cunning. He is also very much a nerd, spending much of his spare time trying to design the next great breakout game. He's a nice guy, but he can also be quite forceful, when the situation merits it. He also makes no effort to hunt down women, but he is always stunned immediately by a shapely body, especially in the form of breasts.
