-Elusive: Thanks to the cloaking and signal-jamming technology he can access, combined with his numerous island hideouts, the Fleet of Shiva's Eye can virtually disappear

Bio:
Little is known of Mahud's true background. He claims to be a member of the traditional warrior caste, borne in a small village on the coast. It is also unknown how he developed his powers. What is known is that he traveled over much of the Eastern world learning martial arts. During this time, he learned of Han Zhaoxing, and made him his idol. However, since he lacked the funds and technology that Han possessed, he spent much of his time stealing, scheming, and deceiving, until he had established a modest, yet powerful fleet he dubbed "Shiva's Eye." He maintains contact with numerous criminal enterprises, including Sheng Gang T'an and the Pacific Vipers, who he views as "almost equal in skill". Although his official rap sheet isn't very long, he has been alleged to have committed multiple atrocities, including executing prisoners with lethal tests of discipline and endurance, or releasing them on small islands to be used as target practice for his pilots. He has also managed to procure advanced technology that allows him to disguise his location, whether by sonar, satellite imagery, or signalling devices.
Personality: Mahud is incredibly self-disciplined, and can maintain his demeanor even after being slapped in the face. That being said, he also won't flinch in the slightest after stabbing an innocent furson. Although he can be quite charming, he is greedy and proud, and his only true loyalty is to Han Zhaoxing. Though he generally frowns on relaxing, he enjoys chess, poetry, and meditation
